I bought a TCL 55-inch 4K TV last month and the picture is great for the price. I used their blog to find the best picture settings. When I had a question about the warranty, the contact page was easy to navigate. The remote could be better, but overall I'm satisfied.
Support wastes your time by asking for the same info that you already gave them and they ask for pictures multiple times because they aren't "clear enough" lol that's after waiting 2 weeks for a reply if you are lucky then once you send pictures that are good enough you get ignored until they close your ticket oh and the feedback survey link they send you for closing the ticket doesn't even work…
bougth their inverter AC less than 2 yrs ago .. now it's gone bonkers! don't compromise .. better to buy the mre trusted brands than this one... so much hassle
