I can not believe what just happend! I unfortunaly lost a 1st gen Ultra earbug in the garden. Absolutely gutted as I'd only had them for a few months. I finally decided to raise a ticket with Bose to see if I could buy a spare, and they instead REPLACED MY 1st Gen for Brand new Super Ulta 2nd Gen ones! For free. Took care of postage both ways too. Unbeleiveable!!! Thank you Thank you Bose!

I have owned my Bose Comfort Plus for less than a year. While they do sound good, the cushion kit earpads are terrible. They are held together with a glue that holds for about 6 months. Bose does not stand by their product and are ready to sell you new cushion kits for $55!! Bad business model.
