I bought a pair of earbuds few months ago. The right one stopped working, and I contacted Support Team. After a couple of emails and explanation, photos, etc..they sent me a new product. Great communication and support, that is my experience.
I brought the new jlab ear buds as I had the last ones and they where amazing. The new ones are rubbish the left ear buds half the volume of the right. Stay away from this product
I have ordered a pair of JBUD sport ANC 4 earbuds. The left earbud stopped working within 3 weeks. Jlab is refusing my warranty claim saying I have no proof of purchase. I have ordered the earphones from their webshop and I have provided the order confirmation email to them. Avoid.
