Very good ear buds, we have found them to be great for the whole family, we had the Jlab go air pop which were great quality and one of our favourite things about them is that the charger cable is integrated in the bottom so you don’t have to keep remembering a wire and that means we also can’t lose the charger wire like we do on other earbuds. They come with various sizes of rubber tips so fit…
I bought a pair of earbuds few months ago. The right one stopped working, and I contacted Support Team. After a couple of emails and explanation, photos, etc..they sent me a new product. Great communication and support, that is my experience.
They might have got a sale today if they just let me checkout and pay instead of bombarding me with discount buttons that led nowhere, got what I wanted from Shop in the end 😉🫤
JLab hardware is solid. Decent sound quality. Good calls. Good transparency. But their firmware SUCKS MAD ASS bro. Virtually impossible to connect to anything that isn't mobile. Only seems to support one device. IT support has no idea what's going on. You're better off buying generic name brand gear than wasting time on this kind of slop.
