At this point (10/22/2026) citizen watch company has had my (brand new) watch since 03/10/2026 (confirmed delivery by email) and i have yet to have a clear timeline on when i will receive my watch back. i have even asked numerous times to just send the watch back to me the way it is and that i will get it fixed third party, everytime they respond with an ok and tell me they will get the watch…
I have purchased a citizen smart watch and only recently were informed that it will be disconnected from app in Dec 2026 and no more support or guarantee will be provided! I cannot believe Citizen deceives people in clear day light. A serious court case must be raised against them.
