I call them , they told me to sent it to get repaired wich I may out packet to send and 14 days later they tell me is gonna be 20 to 25 days to diagnose the watch and 45 day to get it repaired this is to much for a so call reputable company..
I bought a precisionist took it to the jeweler for a battery replacement. Jeweler reported the movement was damaged. Watch still under warranty after two months jeweler sent it to Bulova for repair after a month and a half they said they would repair it under warranty. Two months later still no watch. Bulova would not even return the jeweler’s call. Finally after having my watch over 6 months…
