What owners say about Segway
If you want a quality scooter, segway or inokim is gonna be it. G2 is good. Other scooters will be the same hassle to work on, just cheaper and ...
Is the quality of Segway seriously that much better to spend an extra $100-200 more on their scooter in comparison to another scooter from a different ...
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Segway and, specifically, Camilo and Victor from their support team for what has genuinely been one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any company. I had an issue with my Segway MAX G3 that turned into quite the troubleshooting journey. From the beginning, the support team was responsive and actually worked with me to try to solve the…
Took off one star because they took longer than I'd like to get a replacement empty shipping box for the return repair but I am under stress. I've been frustrated with the customer service but they kept there word however they are doing theire job well. Segway ZT3 Pro Scooter came defective, took awhile but the customer service shipped me out a box after they wanted to make sure it was repaired…
Ordered a ninebot e2 pro directly from the company. It was defective upon arrival (wouldn’t charge) and the company refused to replace the scooter and instead offered to send me the parts for me to fix it myself! Horrible customer service. If you really want a Segway product I would at least recommend ordering from a third-party supplier that accepts returns in the event the unit is damaged.
Made me think I had warranty. Directed me to a shop and now says it was a mismate on their end. Now I'm stuck with a bill I did not need.
