My dog chewed the electrical cord on my air purifier and I called to see if I could get a replacement. Well they couldn't replace the cord because the model had been phased out so they're sending me an entirely new air purifier. I'm still in a little bit of shock about the whole thing.
Great products. Shocking company. They breach their own delivery terms. Ordered the air purifiers expecting delivery within the time frames they state on their website. Nothing arrives in that time frame. I email them saying “what’s going on?” I get a generic email to say delivery can be couple of weeks instead of couple of days. Meaning they knew it would be slow delivery. Shocking.
Delivery was a complete mess with DPD stating one thing and Blue Air another. Item eventually arrived, but despite its claims to remove everthing including odours, it is basically designed for dust and similar particles. It is unable to track VOCs and although it may remove some of them when manually set to 'high' - it is supposed to be a wi-fi automated system - it does not and I am therefore…
