Ordered an air purifier not too long ago and it's been working well. Only thing I wish the company did was make it so the lights could be turned off so it's not bright at night (hence 4 and not 5 stars). not bad though for the price
The part of the product i got was broken,they sent it right away.When it broke again they replaced it with a new hoover.i really thank them for their help.
Not one to usually complain but have left the same review for the pathetic excuse of a company Levoit use for deliveries… Evri, replacement issued after first order from 2 weeks ago lost. Assuming replacement will also be lost in a few more delayed days time. Both companies need serious rewiring or put out of business.
I called support for help removing a filter on my air purifier. I had purchased a replacement filter with subscription for replacements. Levoit offered no help whatsoever so I cancelled the subscription. I recently got an email saying that the replacement filter was ready to ship.
