Great experience all around - we already have two of Dreo's full-room heaters and wanted a small, energy efficient heater for the bathroom - for which Dreo had the perfect solution. The heater arrived quickly, was well-packaged, and is a quality product as we've come to expect from Dreo...!
In regards to yr recalling space heaters. I called the toll free nbr to ask a specific question. I remained for one hr. I kept getting recording saying yr call is very important to us please wait for the next available agent. I realize that there must be many phone calls for the recall but to wait for more than one hr is really unacceptable!!!!! Is there not more than one agent!!!!
