I highly recommend the brand Breville, they make very good quality kitchen items such as coffee makers, panini makers, tea steamers, ect..
I have the Breville Touch. It is a good machine, but that touchscreen is useless. So to start out I would buy a good grinder that lasts you ...
This is a great compony!! They do what they say they are going to do and real care about their customer's!
Very knowledgeable, thorough and suggestive on how to solve my problem
Terrible! This is my 4th one of these machines because the other 3 broke. There’s no United States customer service, so there’s a huge language barrier, it took them a month to replace my broken machine, even though I paid for ship in advance. Spent hours on the phone with no progress. Worst experience!
Well we have had it for a month without one cup of espresso. My daughter called in and said they shot was to watery. We are not getting any froth in the espresso shot. The person who helped her said well it seems to be working just fine not she said it is bitter and too watery.
