Regarding a purchase of the Hamilton Beach bread maker, it was a very bad experience. The part broke down, as it did not work probably, hence it was unsafe to use. Customer service offered no support. No replacement despite the fact the product is warranted for 5 years in Canada. This is a poor quality product with very bad customer service, do not buy from Hamilton Beach.
