The cozy coupe instructions were not for the model they came with, that began two days of frustration. There were no holes drilled in the plastic so my husband had to make a template in order to correctly make his own. Assembly was a nightmare since the incorrect parts were included with correct ones, it's a horror .
Jumped through all their hoops for two weeks, provided photos of damaged item, provided proof of purchase. Just to be told that bc I threw away the broken item a couldn’t deface it they won’t send me a replacement. $60+ absolutely wasted. They don’t stand behind their products or their warranty. I had no idea I was supposed to keep a broken toy so I could deface it.
