Nobody wants that Fisher Price, even the kids hate it. They're in their own little story and suddenly their toy is singing an unrelated song.

I had an issue with my sons toy, it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Fisher-Price and received an immediate response. Not only did they offer a different toy because they were out of stock, but refunded me full price so I could replace my son’s favorite toy ❤️ Amazing company

X2 bad experiences now. DJ turn table simply didn't work at all. Lumalou better bedtime. Was good but now they have discontinued the app to go with it so useless. Reached out to Fisherprice/Mattel and they basically say tough, decisions are final. Zero stars for customers care, disgraceful. Shall be boycotting fisherprice fully. And shall always recommend to new parents to do the same!
