The company sent the package out instantly and it was received within a week. Very good timing. The set is a gift for Christmas; therefore, none of the items were used at this time. They look awesome!!! Can't wait to see and hear how good they are.
Not impressed with this pan. It feels like cheap junk. It weighs about 1lb total. Not quality. Also the exact same model is at Walmart for 1/4 of the price. Also, you have to pay for shipping to send it back. Will never buy direct from Greenpan again.
I recently purchased a waffle maker from GreenPan. After the second use we already had a chip on the non stick surface. It was not misused with a metal utensil and was cleaned with a paper towel. I have since email customer service over a week ago about a resolution and have not heard anything back. I am unhappy with the quality of the product and lack of customer support.
