Little disappointed that the GPU box wasn’t shipped with the PC so little harder to tell which brand graphics card it is. Also the support bracket for the GPU was to close so it was hitting the GPU fan and making loud noises.
Everything was fine with the delivery and pc but the customer service wasn’t good at all, awful energy when you call in, everyone has an attitude and no one is super willing to help. Everyone sounds like they wanna quit their jobs
I will never buy another product from Cyberpc again. I bought a keyboard from them and called to complain that the delete sign wasn't pressing correctly our sound correctly compared to the other keys. Finally I managed to pull the delete key off. Turns out their a plastic thing that sticks out that was broken and pressed inward against the center of the key. In another words, it is defective. …
